Are you ready for your next challenge? As a Junior Brand Manager for Purina PetCare, you will support the development and execution of brand strategies, contribute to product launches, and help deliver impactful marketing campaigns.

A day in the life of a Junior Brand Manager:

  • Supporting brand planning and execution of annual marketing activities in line with regional strategy
  • Contributing to product innovations and renovations, including coordination with cross-functional teams (Sales, Market Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams)
  • Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and brand performance to support decision-making
  • Supporting the execution of communication campaigns across channels (advertising, digital, PR), ensuring brand consistency
  • Assisting in media and digital activities, including campaigns, content, and e-commerce initiatives
  • Monitoring budgets, tracking marketing investments, and supporting pricing and competitive analysis
  • Collaborating closely with Sales and Market Development Organization team to ensure strong in-store execution and successful product launches
  • Preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders

What will make you successful

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field, with minimum 1 year of experience in Brand Management or Marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand market dynamics and consumer behavior
  • Good project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive approach, ownership, and a results-driven mindset
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Business awareness and curiosity to understand the competitive environment
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in digital marketing tools (search, CRM, e-commerce) is a plus
