Team Overview

We are the Courier Structure Team, dedicated to building a rational courier ecosystem that ensures sufficient delivery capacity for the platform while providing differentiated Product-Market Fit for couriers.

This role serves as both the architect and driver of the courier structure, designing and implementing diversified courier models tailored to different business phases and courier needs, thereby maximizing user experience and courier retention

Role Responsibilities

  • City-Level KPI Ownership Take full ownership of the city's Shift courier core output metrics. Translate business goals into daily action plans for the Captain team to ensure KPIs are consistently met.
  • Captain Team Management Lead and motivate the Captain team. Enhance their capabilities in exception handling, rider communication, and emotional support through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Operational Strategy & Process Optimization Analyze city-level exception trends to develop intervention strategies. Optimize and standardize daily management SOPs for Captains, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve system experiences.
  • Rider Experience & Retention Oversee the implementation of city-level care initiatives, design retention plans, and establish a robust feedback loop from the frontline to management.
  • Role Qualifications

  • Experience & Background 3+ years of operations or team management experience in O2O, logistics, food delivery, or ride-hailing industries. Proven experience in managing frontline supervisors (e.g., Captains, Team Leads) is highly preferred.
  • Data & Logic Possess basic data analysis skills, with the ability to keenly identify operational anomalies and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership & Resilience Exceptional team coaching and motivational skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure O2O environment with a strong sense of ownership.
