We are now looking for a new Junior Applications Engineer to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania!

As a Junior Applications Engineer within our Thermal product line, this role will play a key part in supporting the Sales team by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales phase and assisting in the development of proposals, offers, and tenders. The role will ensure that the proposed solutions are technically sound, cost-efficient, and tailored to meet customer needs, especially in cases where standard products do not fully align with project requirements.

Responsibilities, duties, and tasks:

• Analyzes customer RFQs and assists in product selection based on application requirements.
• Provides technical support to Sales and Pre-Sales teams throughout the quotation phase.
• Designs and configures customized solutions (ETO) when standard offers are not suitable.
• Ensures compliance with relevant certifications and regulations, working closely with internal engineering and quality teams.
• Prepares technical documentation, including datasheets and solution descriptions, and provides support to both project and production teams.
• Presents technical solutions to Sales colleagues and, when necessary, directly to customers.
• Delivers product training sessions and creates technical presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Monitors market trends and competitors’ offerings, contributing insights for continuous product improvement.
• Ensures alignment with quality standards, commercial regulations, and internal processes.
