What you´ll do

• Build agentic LLM applications (tool-calling, routing, multi-step orchestration) and RAG pipelines over enterprise documents and data.
• Define evaluation criteria (accuracy, groundedness, cost, latency) before building AI features and iterate against them.
• Integrate AI into business interfaces (Teams/chat/voice) and enterprise data platforms (SQL warehouse, NL-to-SQL, BI).
• Develop scalable AI pipelines and integrate models into enterprise systems.
• Evaluate AI use cases, model performance, accuracy, and business impact.
• Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Implement responsible AI, governance, security, and monitoring practices.
• Optimize AI solutions for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
• Works closely with: • Business stakeholders • Data & analytics teams • Enterprise architecture • Digital transformation teams • IT & security

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and teamwork abilities.
• Agent frameworks (LangGraph / LangChain) and tool/function-calling.
• Async API development (FastAPI), Pydantic-style validation, modern Python tooling (uv).
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD-based deployment.
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning
  • Python, SQL, APIs.
• LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architecture.
• Cloud platforms (Azure)
• Problem-solving & stakeholder communication.
• Microsoft Teams bot / conversational-AI development (Bot Framework / Teams AI SDK (nice to have)
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-server architectures for multi-agent systems (nice to have).
• SAP BTP (developer) is a plus
