• Work Scope
  • Region: Responsible for Ingersollrand Korea & Gardner Dever Korea
  • SBU: ITS APAC Entities in Korea
• Sales & Account Receivable
  • Support revenue recognition and sales-related accounting entries
  • Issue customer invoices and maintain accurate billing records
  • Monitor accounts receivable balances and track collections
  • Assist with aging analysis and follow up on overdue receivables
• GL & Tax Accounting
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
  • Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies
  • Perform regular account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare financial reporting and audit & tax related requests
  • Sales VAT reconciliations & filing
• T&E (Travel & Expense) Review
  • Review employee expense claims for accuracy and policy compliance
  • Verify supporting documents and follow up on missing or incorrect submissions
  • Process approved expenses and record them in the accounting system
  • Assist in maintaining and improving expense management procedures

Job Requirements

• BA degree: Accounting, Finance or similar
• Experiences required about 5 or more in Finance/Accounting
• Accounting experiences mandatory
• Fluent in English with good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point
• Working knowledge of SAP, HFM etc. is preferred
• Positive attitude, adaptable and able to manage on-going changes and ambiguity
