Our work spans strategy, creative, digital, and content, with a deep commitment to regulated-market expertise and measurable impact.<br><br><strong>The Role<br></strong>We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you'll support account leads in managing day-to-day client relationships across our med-tech, healthcare, and wellness-lifestyle portfolios. You'll be the connective tissue between clients and our internal creative, strategy, and digital teams—keeping projects on track, communication tight, and clients confident.<br><br>
</div><div>This is an ideal role for someone early in their agency career who is curious about healthcare marketing, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to grow into a strategic account partner.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do</strong><br>• Serve as a support day-to-day contact for assigned clients, managing communications and building trust across multiple accounts</div><div>• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows in collaboration with creative, strategy, copy, and digital teams</div><div>• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, call recaps, status reports, project briefs, and SOW documentation</div><div>• Support regulatory and compliance review processes for healthcare clients, including MLR submission coordination and claims tracking</div><div>• Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and approval records in agency PM tool (ClickUp) and collaboration tools</div><div>• Monitor budgets and track hours against scope; flag variances proactively to account leads</div><div>• Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and new business materials for prospective healthcare clients</div><div>• Stay current on client industries to bring relevant context to client conversations</div><div>• Participate in internal and client strategy and creative reviews, offering a client-perspective lens on work in progress<br><br><strong>What You'll Bring</strong><br>• 1–3 years of experience in an agency, marketing, or healthcare communications environment </div><div>• Genuine interest in healthcare, medical technology, or wellness—you don't need to be a clinician, but you should care about the space</div><div>• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write clear, professional client-facing documents without heavy editing</div><div>• Exceptionally organized with a talent for managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and catching details others miss</div><div>• Collaborative by nature—comfortable working across disciplines and elevating the team around you</div><div>• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or similar) and basic proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office</div><div>• Comfort operating in regulated environments is a plus</div><div>• A low ego, high-ownership mindset: you take accountability, ask smart questions, and follow through</div>
