As an expression of God’s love in Southwest Florida, we exist to ensure that no one experiencing hunger, homelessness or addiction is alone or without a pathway for their journey from crisis to contributor. Together with our partners and participants, we cultivate communities where people are progressively seen, accepted, challenged, and supported.
The Program Supervisor's primary responsibilities are to assist the Program Director with resident care activities, supervise program staff members, and oversee program operations and processes for Justin’s Place Recovery Program (per the track assigned by the Program Director). Develop program plans/goals and evaluate program progress by conducting routine meetings with the program staff as needed.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Addiction Studies preferred. State certification in addiction treatment (CPRS) or (NCPRS) preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience with a background in ministry/services or addictions-related field. Background in management/administration preferred. Computer proficiency required.
Confidentiality: Works with highly confidential information.
Mental/Visual Demands: Flow of work requires normal mental and visual capabilities.
Physical Demand: Must be able to stand for a minimum of 4 hours at a time and lift at least 25 pounds. Must be able to bend or kneel to the ground.
Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
Travel: Travel to offsite program events required. Must have a Valid Florida Driver’s License and pass company MVR.
