GENERAL SUMMARY

The Program Supervisor's primary responsibilities are to assist the Program Director with resident care activities, supervise program staff members, and oversee program operations and processes for Justin’s Place Recovery Program (per the track assigned by the Program Director). Develop program plans/goals and evaluate program progress by conducting routine meetings with the program staff as needed.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

• Assist in oversight of daily program operations of Justin Place Recovery program (per assigned track from Program Director)
• Coordinates and implements program schedule, including provision of classes and lectures
• Assists in ongoing evaluation of program goals, objectives, and curriculum
• Monitors program outcome data for core program and vocational training program in collaboration with other departments.
• Provide supervision, support, and training for case management team
• Track staff training and credentialing to ensure compliance with organization, state, and national credentialing agencies, including participation in assigned training courses
• Complete and ensure all required documentation is accurately entered into Mission Tracker in a timely manner, including auditing of case records
• Manage discharge planning to ensure accurate and appropriate discharge plans are developed and implemented, including compliance with completion of Home Plans
• Coordinate key program activities, team schedules, transportation schedule, special events and service projects
• Create and maintain weekly staffing and recovery peer leadership agendas, lead these meetings as assigned
• Liaison with community partners to coordinate ancillary care for residents (dental, medical, and vision)
• Attend offsite program events and perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Provide ongoing case management services as assigned by Program Director
• Other tasks as determined by Program Director

Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Addiction Studies preferred. State certification in addiction treatment (CPRS) or (NCPRS) preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience with a background in ministry/services or addictions-related field. Background in management/administration preferred. Computer proficiency required.

Confidentiality: Works with highly confidential information.

Mental/Visual Demands: Flow of work requires normal mental and visual capabilities.

Physical Demand: Must be able to stand for a minimum of 4 hours at a time and lift at least 25 pounds. Must be able to bend or kneel to the ground.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment.

Travel: Travel to offsite program events required. Must have a Valid Florida Driver’s License and pass company MVR.
