At Nothing Bundt Cakes, our Joy Creators are the heart of our bakery. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them celebrate life’s sweetest moments while delivering a warm and welcoming experience every time.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding service using great customer service skills and a true people person approach
• Greet every guest with enthusiasm and genuine care
• Help customers choose the perfect cakes and treats for their special occasions
• Process orders in person, online, and over the phone
• Keep the bakery clean, organized, and inviting
• Package and present cakes beautifully
• Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and positivity
• Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• A true people person with great customer service skills
• Friendly, upbeat, and reliable attitude
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in retail, food service, or hospitality
• Familiarity with POS systems

Joy Creator

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we refer to our guest services representatives as Joy Creators! A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
