Responsable de la gestión, seguimiento y cierre de los expedientes de fiscalización de OSIPTEL, así como de las acciones de mejora correspondientes a las temáticas fiscalizadas.

Funciones principales
1. Gestionar los expedientes de fiscalización desde su inicio hasta su cierre.
2. Gestionar los requerimientos de información del expediente.
3. Atender las acciones de supervisión de OSIPTEL
4. Brindar informes al PM y Jefatura Minorista OSIPTEL.
5. Seguimiento a los KPI de contención y provisión.
6. Elaborar informes al equipo contencioso sobre los expedientes sobre los expedientes con cierre con sancionador.
7. Sostener reuniones de seguimiento con las áreas responsables.
Habilidades/conocimientos requeridos
Experiencia mínima en el manejo de expedientes administrativos y/o de fiscalización.
Carreras: egresado de Derecho o Ingenieria de Telecomunicaciones o afines.
Manejo de herramientas como Excel a nivel intermedio. Power point básico.
Buena redacción
Habilidades/conocimientos deseables
Deseable experiencia y/o conocimientos en temas regulatorios de servicios públicos.
Deseable experiencia en procedimientos administrativos de fiscalización y/o sancionadores.
Deseable manejo de herramientas de gestión y manejo de base de datos.
Deseable conocimientos en temas técnicos de telecomunicaciones
