Under close supervision, the apprentice could perform different tasks depending on the area assigned as required including but not limited to:
• Support in the administrative routines of the department such as document scanning, material printing, document filing and schedule development
• Files organization and control - Handles, elaborates and controls diferent supply inventory and processes orders for internal and external clients
• May update systems and reports specific to the area where functions are carried out
• Reviews specific requests from internal and / or external clients
• Customer service to internal and external customers
• Adheres to health and safety standards
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Education:
Completed high school or in progress, and it is necessary to present proof of attendance at classes

Experience:
No previous experience required

Skills:
• Be older than 14 Years old and younger than 24 Years old.
• Good time management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Follow instructions
• Team working skills
• Self-motivation
