Diagnostic Technician Opportunity with Consistent Workflow

Larson Hyundai is seeking a skilled Journeyman Technician who can diagnose efficiently, flag consistent hours, and perform at a high level in a fast-paced flat-rate environment.

This role is designed for experienced technicians who want steady workflow, strong shop support, and the ability to maximize production without fighting for work.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical and electrical issues
• Handle drivability, engine, HVAC, transmission, and hybrid system repairs
• Complete warranty and customer-pay work to factory standards
• Maintain strong flagged-hour productivity
• Communicate effectively with advisors regarding repair recommendations and timelines
• Support efficient shop workflow and productivity

What We’re Looking For

• Journeyman or high-level diagnostic technician experience required
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic ability
• ASE certifications preferred (Master or in progress)
• Ability to consistently produce in a flat-rate environment
• Professional, self-motivated, and team-oriented work style

Requirements

• ASE certifications are preferred.
• Strong automotive background
• 1 year of automotive experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to understand and apply common sense.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a drug screen.
