Semersky Enterprises, Inc DBA Audi Exchange Kirkwood is looking to add Journeyman Technicians to our team of professionals. This is a flat rate role, with pay ranging from $38 to $45 per booking hour, plus incentive-based pay for any booking hours exceeding 40. Final pay rate will be determined based on qualifications, certifications, guild level, and experience with Audi or VW brands.

What you'll do for us:
- Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Communicates with parts department to obtain necessary parts to complete repairs
- Communicates with service advisors regarding the scope of work and ensures that all necessary information is passed along to the customer.
- Completes 27-point inspections and records video for service advisor to share with customers
- Accurately documents all work performed on Repair Order

QualificationsWhat You Offer Us:
- Previous experience with Audi or VW brand vehicles
- Previous experience with CDK
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technical aptitude
- ASE certifications and manufacturer training
