AllTech Services is seeking a Journeyman HVAC Technician to deliver high-quality residential service while continuing to grow technically and professionally. What You’ll Do — Deliver Quality Work Every Day
As a Journeyman HVAC Technician, you will:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Perform service on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ equipment
Complete installations and repairs according to code and AllTech quality standards
Identify airflow, electrical, refrigerant, and mechanical issues
Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and solutions
Document work using tablets and digital service tools
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Collaborate with senior technicians when advanced troubleshooting is needed
Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training
Who We’re Looking For — A Proven Technician Ready to Grow
This role is ideal for technicians who are confident in their abilities and committed to continuous improvement.
You should bring:
3–6 years of residential HVAC experience
Strong troubleshooting and repair fundamentals
EPA Certification Type II or Universal (Universal preferred)
Ability to work independently on most service calls
Understanding of airflow basics, electrical diagnostics, and refrigeration cycle
Professional communication skills with customers and team members
Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
Willingness to learn advanced diagnostics and modern HVAC technology
