What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will:

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, waste, vent, and gas piping systems
• Perform rough-in plumbing for new construction and remodel projects
• Install and service water heaters, boilers, pumps, fixtures, and related plumbing equipment
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, plumbing schematics, and construction plans
• Conduct testing, inspections, and code compliance checks
• Ensure all work meets Texas plumbing codes and OSHA safety requirements
• Mentor and guide apprentice plumbers as needed
• Complete service reports, material tracking, and job documentation accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and inspectors

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License
• 4+ years of plumbing experience or equivalent state licensing experience
• Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using plumbing tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic devices
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying environments, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor conditions

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Leadership experience or interest in mentoring apprentices

Work Environment

This position involves work at residential homes, commercial facilities, industrial sites, and construction projects. The role may require working in varying weather conditions and participating in occasional overtime, weekends, or emergency service calls as business needs require.
