Primary facilities: responsibilities are as a journeyman plumber with 3 years commercial experience with a current Utah state Plumbing license. Ability to read prints, necessary computer skills, ability to size and understand piping systems, understanding of building plumbing distribution. Knowledge in current plumbing code. Use of proper PPE and safe work practices. Good mechanical ability, and quality craftsmanship. Ability to effectively coordinate with other trades and individuals. Willing to work overtime as needed.

Secondary responsibilities include but not limited to maintenance and repairs of the facility’s infrastructure, and grounds.

  • Above-average agility and dexterity with the ability to hold, grasp and manipulate small parts and use hand and power tools f requently.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and handle physical exertion, such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, repetitive motion, or similar activities.
  • Work environments includes: exposure to chemicals, electrical current, proximity to moving mechanical parts, repetitive hand motion, open flame, working from heights, cold environment, hot environment, uneven surface, fumes.
