About the Role:Join FM Steel Construction as a Journeyman Ironworker, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the skyline of Arizona. We are seeking skilled professionals who are eager to contribute to high-quality steel construction projects in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Erecting steel structures and frameworks according to blueprints.
• Perform layout and installation of steel beams, columns, and trusses.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on job sites.
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut and shape steel materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of steel structures as needed.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Assist in training and mentoring apprentices and junior ironworkers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Ironworker.
• Valid OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to pass a 3G, 4G stick welding test.
• Ability to pass a 3G, 4G NR232 Fluxcore Wire test.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent physical stamina and strength for heavy lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
