TKO StaffPros LLC is currently seeking motivated Journeyman Electricians and Entry Level Electricians to join one of our Growing clients and their Electrical teams in Lee County. As an Electrician at with this company, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Whether you are an experienced Journeyman looking to apply your expertise or an Entry Level candidate eager to learn the trade, you will receive the training and mentorship needed to succeed. Your work will directly contribute to our operational efficiency and the high-quality standards we maintain across all projects.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $18 to $28 USD, commensurate with experience and skill level, along with opportunities for professional advancement and skill development within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with relevant codes and standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout and specifications of electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues utilizing appropriate testing devices and tools
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components to reduce downtime
• Document work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered for accurate record-keeping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist senior electricians with complex installations and repairs as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and electrical code changes

Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician license or certification is preferred; Entry Level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an electrical apprenticeship is a plus
• Solid understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment used in electrical work
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in various positions
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to all workplace regulations
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for on-site assignments
