Journeyman Electrician | Training & Mentorship Role

Hybrid Schedule (1 Week Onsite / 1 Week Remote)
$75,000–$80,000 per year + Travel Incentives + Full Benefits

No prior teaching experience? No problem. We provide full NCCER Instructor Certification training and ongoing support to set you up for success. All travel expenses are covered.

This role offers a hybrid schedule

• One week of on-site working with apprentices
• The following week, working remotely from home, delivering virtual instruction

What You’ll Do

• Train and support electrical apprentices
• Provide hands-on instruction during on-site weeks
• Deliver virtual instruction during remote weeks
• Prepare apprentices for OSHA-10 and NCCER
• Track skill development and progress
• Travel as needed (approximately 50%)

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an electrician
• Strong construction background required
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred
• Prior NCCER credentials (Instructor/Proctor/Coordinator) are a plus
• Solar, utility, or substation experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Comfortable with basic technology and virtual instruction platforms
