This position handles installation, repair, and maintenance service projects for all types of electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings in Colorado Springs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
• 3+ yrs of experience as journeyman electrician
• Experience in residential and commercial electrical systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service oriented with a desire to learn new skills
• Willing to start immediately
• Commitment to following company regulations
• Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date with industry standards

JOB DUTIES

• In-depth understanding of installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and related devices.
• Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to specify the layout of electrical systems.
• Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, effectively explaining the benefits to drive sales.
• Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and straightforward pricing.
• Provide technical guidance to peers and onsite technicians.
• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
