The Role
Step into the role of Senior Manager for Multi-Channel Marketing You will be fundamental to our brand marketing performance and the next phase of growth in the Joules journey. This role is pivotal in supporting the shaping of our multi-channel marketing strategy across social, retail, and paid performance—harnessing industry innovation to supercharge performance while maintaining strict brand alignment. The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required to support live social activations and events. We’re looking for a flexible, forward-thinking strategist who can plan ahead to ensure seamless publishing across all platforms.
Our Location

● Master the Mechanics Go beyond campaign delivery. Understand the “nuts and bolts” of community-building, audience activation, traffic driving, and performance benchmarking. Stay ahead of social algorithms, SEO, and emerging tech (like Google developments and ChatGPT).
● Full-Funnel & Budget Oversight: Manage all social content as a full-funnel marketing channel aligned with the brand calendar. Partner with the Head of Finance to oversee, optimise, and manage the paid content and social/influencer budget lines.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration & Retail Integration: Partner with Creative, Copy, and internal retail operations to maximise store and brand potential. Influence senior stakeholders across the business and remain agile to respond to trading fluctuations and market reactions.
The day to day will include:
- Oversee the digital and paid media team, ensuring performance is delivered in accordance with KPIs to maintain and drive growth in ROAS.
- Lead the organic and paid social teams to create, curate, and execute a best-in-class, fully integrated content strategy that engages our existing community while driving brand awareness across new demographics.
- Manage all social content as a full-funnel marketing channel, ensuring tight alignment with the brand marketing calendar, creative campaigns, and the paid performance strategy.
- Drive our influencer outreach strategy to ensure consistent messaging, and manage key third-party relationships to maximise brand reach.
- Partner with the Creative and Copy teams to ensure our brand DNA and tone of voice are consistently represented across all social touchpoints, collaborating on seasonal campaigns aligned with the Creative Director's vision.
- Oversee the retail marketing team, working closely with internal retail operations to maximise store potential; support licensing and brand partners while actively seeking new marketing opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
● Demonstrable experience as a social and content-focused marketer at a manager level, driving digital transformation through integrated marketing strategies.
● Strong understanding of paid vs organic social strategy, SEO, and how Digital PR improves performance.
● Direct experience building outreach/influencer programs and hands-on management of social media channels (including innovation channels like TikTok).
● Excellent IT skills, specifically across Microsoft and Adobe suites, alongside experience with multi-platform posting and scheduling systems.
● A balance of creativity with commerciality, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate campaigns into the retail environment.
● Strong ownership, exceptional planning skills, and the capacity to keep calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
