Leidos is seeking a motivated Joint Training Tool (JTT)/Master Exercise Scenario List (MSEL) Administrator to support the critical mission of USSTRATCOM/J7 at Offutt AFB, on Omaha, NE. Step into a fast‑paced mission environment where your expertise directly shapes joint training and strategic readiness. You’ll play a key role in supporting the USSTRATCOM/J7 mission by enhancing training tools, driving exercise design, and ensuring seamless execution across complex joint events. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI to be considered.

Note: This position is part of a prospective contract, contingent upon final award. Anticipated award date: August 2026.

  • Update and enhance JTT training materials to ensure exercise designers and trusted agents have the most current, mission‑ready resources.

  • Use the Joint Training Tool (JTT) and other applications to design, develop, coordinate, synchronize, and execute joint exercise events that shape real‑world readiness.

  • Input and manage exercise data—including objectives, injects, observations, and key details—while assisting other trusted agents in maintaining accuracy and consistency.

  • Collaborate closely with planners and SMEs across intelligence, operations, and white cell control teams to keep exercises aligned and mission‑focused.

  • Build and manage large‑scale exercise timelines and control inject flow during high‑tempo strategic deterrence events.

  • Troubleshoot JTT and MSEL synchronization issues in real time to keep exercises running smoothly.

  • Track objectives and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with eligibility for NC2/ESI and Special Access Program (SAP) access (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Strong knowledge of CJCS 3500 Joint Training directives and their application in joint training environments.

  • Deep understanding of Joint Training Programs, including structure, processes, and implementation.

  • Familiarity with Lessons Learned Programs and integration of observations into future training cycles.

  • Experience with JTT administration, including data entry, updates, and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in MSEL development and inject design for joint exercises.

  • Skilled in inject management and real‑time exercise control.

  • Hands‑on experience with exercise control processes across planning, execution, and assessment phases.

  • Ability to maintain version control during live exercises

Pay Range:

Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
