Leidos is seeking a Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) Supply, Warehouse, and Inventory Operations Manager, Indo-Pacific Logistics Integration in Santa Rita, Guam This position serves as the Team Lead for Supply, Warehouse, and Inventory Operations, responsible for the receipt, accountability, storage, preservation, issue, and final disposition of materiel.

This challenging and rewarding position involves leading JTDC warehouse, supply, inventory, COSIS, materiel readiness, retrograde, turn-in, and property-accountability operations while ensuring accurate inventory visibility and responsive materiel support to JTDC customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, accountability, storage, preservation, issue, and disposition of materiel.
  • Establish warehouse operating procedures, storage locations, and inventory controls.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of supply transactions.
  • Maintain inventory visibility, documentation, and property accountability.
  • Lead COSIS, preservation, surveillance, and material-readiness activities.
  • Manage retrograde, turn-in, reutilization, disposal, and property-disposition activities.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and warehouse-capacity issues.
  • Coordinate material-handling equipment support.
  • Support inventories, audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Supervise three subordinate functional or sub-team leads.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Relevant experience in warehouse operations, supply support, inventory management, distribution, or logistics.
  • Experience supervising warehouse, supply, or logistics personnel.
  • Working knowledge of receiving, storage, inventory accountability, issue, and disposition processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous warehouse and supply priorities.
  • Top Secret–SCI clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior DoD warehouse, depot, distribution-center, or theater-logistics experience.
  • Strong understanding of DoD supply, property accountability, COSIS, and retrograde processes.
  • Experience with automated logistics or warehouse-management systems.
  • Experience supporting Government property inventories or audits.
  • Logistics, supply-chain, warehousing, or inventory-management certification.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
