Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) Quality and Training Manager, Indo-Pacific Logistics Integration in Santa Rita, Guam This position leads the JTDC Quality, Planning, Training, and Partner Integration organization, providing cross-functional quality oversight, planning, training, sustainment analysis, and coordination with external mission partners.

This challenging and rewarding position involves leading cross-functional integration of quality, planning, scheduling, sustainment analysis, workforce training, exercises, and mission-partner engagement across JTDC operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead JTDC quality, planning, training, and partner-integration activities.
  • Establish cross-functional quality-control and quality-assurance processes.
  • Inspect JTDC processes and outputs and identify nonconformances.
  • Track corrective actions and recurring deficiencies.
  • Support acceptance and readiness inspections.
  • Develop and maintain integrated operational plans and schedules.
  • Forecast material, maintenance, training, and sustainment requirements.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and lifecycle-support requirements.
  • Maintain planning products and operational documentation.
  • Develop and coordinate workforce training.
  • Coordinate demonstrations, exercises, and logistics-tool training.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Government, mission-partner, and partner-nation organizations.
  • Track workforce qualifications and recurring training requirements.
  • Supervise three subordinate functional or sub-team leads.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Relevant experience in logistics integration, planning, sustainment, quality, training, or mission-partner coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional organizations or complex integration activities.
  • Experience developing integrated plans, schedules, sustainment products, or operational documentation.
  • Experience working with Government customers, military organizations, or external mission partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Top Secret–SCI clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Indo-Pacific logistics-integration or Theater Security Cooperation experience.
  • Experience supporting INDOPACOM component commands or partner-nation organizations.
  • Strong understanding of logistics planning, lifecycle sustainment, readiness, quality management, and training.
  • Experience supporting military exercises, demonstrations, or partner-engagement events.
  • Experience with DoD logistics information systems.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, ASQ, Defense Acquisition, logistics, or related certification.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $82,550.00 - $149,225.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
