Job Description

Supplyhaus: Construction supply, reimagined.

About Supplyhaus

Supplyhaus, backed by the McNab Group, is reimagining construction supply. We specialise in providing and installing industry-leading façade, joinery, and steel solutions, delivering high-quality building products with builder expertise. Supplyhaus Joinery offers comprehensive joinery solutions, meticulously managing every facet from conception and fabrication to installation and aftercare.

We’re on the lookout for a driven and detail-focused Joinery Foreman to join our team and take ownership of joinery installations across our dynamic commercial projects. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll champion safety and quality, while building strong relationships with our trusted subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

About the role

  • Overseeing site coordination, from installers and deliveries to labour and logistics.
  • Managing reworks and ensuring all project closeouts meet our high standards.
  • Creating and managing installation schedules across multiple projects.
  • Collaborating with site teams on joinery loadouts and scheduling.
  • Representing McNab at subcontractor site meetings.
  • Coordinating joinery deliveries alongside the Project Manager.
  • Conducting site measures and setouts to ensure installation readiness.
  • Liaising with service trades to keep works progressing smoothly.
  • Monitoring and resolving site defects.
  • Signing off ITPs and ensuring all installations meet McNab’s quality benchmarks.
  • Rolling up your sleeves to assist with joinery installs when needed.
  • Reviewing and approving fortnightly invoices for installers.

About you

  • Solid experience in a supervisory or PM role within commercial joinery—experience on medium-rise apartment projects is a big plus.
  • A relevant trade qualification in carpentry or joinery.
  • A deep commitment to quality craftsmanship and doing things the right way.
  • A strong focus on safety, always leading by example.
  • A proactive, can-do mindset with a willingness to get involved at every level.
  • A passion for learning and taking on challenges that grow your skills and career.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
