Talent Acquisition Partners

• Own end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-caliber technical and non-technical talent through targeted research, creative sourcing, and personalized outreach.
• Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Talent Business Partners

• Partner with teams across Midas to understand their needs, identify challenges, and turn them into meaningful talent actions.
• Build high-performing teams by shaping decisions around performance, development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Use data, insights, and continuous experimentation to challenge existing practices and build better ways for people to grow and thrive at Midas.

Compensation & Benefits Specialists

• Shape and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and reward practices through market benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Ensure payroll, employee records, and people operations run accurately, smoothly, and reliably.
• Build analyses and models that inform compensation, budgeting, and reward decisions across Midas.
