An exciting opportunity has occurred for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in DFO UNI HILL, BUNDOORA, VIC
As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg, you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.
About You:
• Have a minimum of 1 years retail management experience.
• Experience in managing a team of 2 or more.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Driven to achieve company set budgets and KPI’s.
• Be analytical and have the ability to identify store opportunities.
• Ability to lead, motivate and empower a team.
• Strong Visual Merchandising skills and ability to think commercially and strategically for the store.
• Have an interest in fashion and trends.
• Take pride in your personal style and presentation.
• Work with others and also alone as this is the nature of the roster.
