We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team.
What you bring to SBHG:
Education:
A Master's degree in family/child counseling, development or psychology, social services or professional counseling or related social science field.
Licensure:
Must be a BBS-licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD.
Meets agency driver eligibility criteria
Compliance & Safety:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid California Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies.
First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain it upon hire.
How you will make a difference:
This position assesses clients at start of engagement/treatment, assesses as needed, develops, and maintains treatment plans, conducts family collateral and discharge planning. Duties are performed under direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, but some tasks are accomplished independently.

Facility & Setting: Mobile | operates from 6 PM to 8 AM
Clinical Services: offering rapid mental health assessments and crisis interventions. essential services for individuals needing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization.
