The Kingfish Company is growing faster than ever and our production team plays a key part of realizing the Future of Fish!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to assist in a critical project: the comprehensive revision and update of our CMMS database. This role is vital for ensuring our maintenance teams have access to accurate asset information, standardized naming conventions, and streamlined workflows. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at technical data entry and can work independently to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Cleansing & Validation: Audit existing asset registers, spare parts lists, and work order logs to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or outdated information.
• Standardization: Apply consistent naming conventions and categorization to all assets, locations, and inventory items to improve system searchability.
• Data Capturing: Accurately migrate and input data from manual records, spreadsheets, or technical manuals into the Fiix software.
• Asset Documentation: Assist in linking technical documents, safety procedures, and checklists to specific equipment records.
• Project Support: Collaborate with maintenance supervisors and IT to verify that the digital records match the physical assets on-site.

Candidate Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort using a PC and navigating database software.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel for bulk data management.
• Precision: Exceptional attention to detail; the ability to maintain 100% accuracy during repetitive data entry tasks is non-negotiable.
• Self-Motivation: A "self-starter" mindset with the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision once trained.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to report progress and flag data discrepancies to the project lead.
