This pivotal role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in team management, innovative IT solutions, and deep expertise in Online Travel Agencies (OTA) platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and VRBO If you thrive on driving operations efficiency and leading high-performing teams, this is the role for you.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the integration, optimization, and performance of OTA platforms.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure seamless operations management by utilizing cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Analyze and improve system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage budgets and timelines for IT projects and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Manager or a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in OTA platforms ( Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO) and their technical requirements.
• Strong background in operations management and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Advanced knowledge of system integrations, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
