What You'll Own

This isn't just data entry — you're the one holding every job accountable to the finish line.

- Manage job files from first notice of loss through final closeout — nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
- Monitor job status, work-in-progress, and audit compliance across an active caseload
- Build preliminary estimates and prepare accurate job file documentation
- Serve as the go-to liaison between customers, insurance adjusters, and our field technicians
- Keep communication moving — calls returned, emails answered, questions resolved before they become problems
- Prepare job file reports and support the audit process so every file is clean and closeout-ready
- Draft correspondence, maintain filing systems, and support day-to-day office operations

What You Bring

- 1–3 years of experience in this or a similar role preferred
- Previous experience in office administration, customer service, insurance, or project coordination is a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills and an eye for detail — you catch what others miss
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone with customers and adjusters
- Ability to juggle multiple job files at once without losing track of a single one
- A calm, professional presence when situations get stressful — because for our customers, this is often the worst day of their year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort learning new software systems
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever the office needs support
