Location: Allentown, PA (18109) | Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour

In this vital role, you will manage the lifecycle of project documentation—from the initial lead to final invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Monitor and manage job files daily, ensuring a seamless transition from lead intake to final completion.

  • WIP Oversight: Maintain the Work-in-Progress (WIP) board to provide real-time accuracy for all active restoration projects.

  • Compliance Auditing: Review field documentation, scopes of work, and estimates to ensure full compliance with program requirements and industry standards.

  • Financial Integrity: Verify that all performed work is accurately documented and invoiced to ensure timely project closing.

  • Internal Coordination: Act as a central hub for Production and Project Managers to keep internal communications clear and projects on schedule.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: 1+ years in an administrative, office support, or customer service role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office; experience with industry-standard estimating software is a significant plus.

  • Organizational Excellence: A proven ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.

Environment & Expectations

This is a primarily sedentary role based in our fast-paced Allentown office. Candidates should be comfortable with standard office movement (filing, standing, and lifting up to 15 lbs).

Note: Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. Each SERVPRO® franchise is independently owned and operated.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
