What will you be doing?

• Creating and sourcing employment opportunities for your clients
• Supporting and helping your clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure employment
• Providing and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders
• Building rapport and supporting our clients to increase their capacity to obtain sustainable employment
• Creating, tailoring, and implementing a partnered job plan with the client to support them during their employment journey
• Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations

About You:

• Passionate about working with our clients and local community networks
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Experience working in a performance driven environment

To be considered you must...

• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
• Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
• Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
• Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
