The Job Coach plays a key role in assisting students to sustain their vocational training and attachments leading towards post school placements. He/She is responsible for providing job matching, job coaching and job support services for students in job attachments and job placements. As part of an interdisciplinary team and working closely with caregivers and employment partners, the Job Coach provides career counselling, behavioural and work performance interventions to support enriching vocational placements for students.

Qualifications and Experience
Relevant Diploma with Certificate in Autism; Diploma in Special Education will be favourably considered
At least 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities requiring moderate support levels
Prior experience in vocational training, assessment or placement will be favourably considered
