At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer FullStack JR - NodeJS + React to join our team in Brasil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Developer FullStack JR, you will support the development of web applications using Node.js and React, under the mentorship of experienced developers. Your role will be crucial in delivering high-quality software solutions while fostering your own growth and learning within the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, testable, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.
• Assist in building and maintaining web applications with our technology stack (React, Node.js, and TypeScript).
• Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to team standards.
• Collaborate with team members to gather business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot bugs to ensure product quality and minimize technical debt.
• Engage in continuous learning of complementary tools and technologies used by the team (databases, AWS services, architecture).

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Ongoing or completed higher education in Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields (academic projects and robust portfolios are welcome).
• Up to 2 years of experience in full-stack development focused on the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
• Proficiency in fundamental web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Practical or academic experience in front-end development using React (mandatory).
• Practical or academic experience in server-side development using Node.js (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control and collaborative platforms (Git and GitHub are essential).
• Fundamental understanding of consuming and creating RESTful APIs.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Theoretical knowledge or practical experience with TypeScript.
• Awareness of web accessibility principles (WCAG).
• Familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS), CI/CD (Circle CI), and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
