At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Sr to join our team in Brasil You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

As a QA Sr, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our developed products. Your expertise will help identify and report any potential failures, bugs, and issues within the software, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and expectations. You will understand all business rules and validate that the system meets both functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop test plans, defining strategies and approaches to evaluate software functionality and usability.
  • Design and execute functional, exploratory, regression, and performance tests.
  • Automate test scenarios and support the development team with appropriate tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify root causes of defects and work towards reducing defect rates over time.
  • Validate software according to established business rules, ensuring proper system functionality.
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve issues and promote continuous improvements.
  • Document tests performed and produce reports to assist in quality assessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-have Skills:

  • Experience in software testing and mobile applications (iOS).
  • Experience with test automation (Robot Framework, Python, Appium).
  • Knowledge in root cause analysis and business rules.
  • Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
