At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA to join our team in Brasil You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

As a Senior QA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead the quality assurance efforts in a fast-paced Agile environment, utilizing generative AI tools to enhance the testing process. Your expertise will guide our development teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test cases across all layers of the testing pyramid using advanced QA tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous testing practices.
• Mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Establish and implement quality processes that empower developers to deliver high-quality work autonomously.
• Analyze and troubleshoot software defects, ensuring timely resolutions and enhancements.
• Act as a central reference for QA practices, guiding system-level decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Knowledge of generative AI tools that support the quality assurance process.
