Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Chiropractor to fill an opening with a Multi-specialty Rehabilitation Group located in Queens, Astoria, New York. This role focuses on providing high-quality chiropractic care to patients in a collaborative, patient-centered rehabilitation setting.

- Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & every other Thursday at a practice located in Long Island
- 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Must have an active New York State Chiropractic license.
- Must be Board Certified.
- Must have a Workman's Comp Certificate.
- Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge or experience with EMR software is preferred.
- Must be able to handle up to 40 patients per day.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong clinical judgment and manual therapy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion and patient-centered focus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and orthopedic/neurological assessments.
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, particularly those related to the spine, joints, and soft tissues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including spinal adjustments, manipulations, mobilizations, and rehabilitative exercises.
- Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty rehabilitation group, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians.
- Manage patient flow efficiently to accommodate up to 40 patients per day.
- Participate in patient follow-up and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care and evidence-based practices through continuing education.
- Adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards, including Workman's Compensation requirements.
