Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Chiropractor to fill an opening with a Multi-specialty Rehabilitation Group located in Queens, Astoria, New York. This role focuses on providing high-quality chiropractic care to patients in a collaborative, patient-centered rehabilitation setting.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & every other Thursday at a practice located in Long Island

Qualifications:

• Education: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure/Certification:
  • Must have an active New York State Chiropractic license.
  • Must be Board Certified.
  • Must have a Workman's Comp Certificate.
• Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Language: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge or experience with EMR software is preferred.
  • Must be able to handle up to 40 patients per day.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong clinical judgment and manual therapy skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and patient-centered focus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and orthopedic/neurological assessments.
• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, particularly those related to the spine, joints, and soft tissues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including spinal adjustments, manipulations, mobilizations, and rehabilitative exercises.
• Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty rehabilitation group, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians.
• Manage patient flow efficiently to accommodate up to 40 patients per day.
• Participate in patient follow-up and progress monitoring to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in chiropractic care and evidence-based practices through continuing education.
• Adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards, including Workman's Compensation requirements.
