・錠剤のコーティング（フィルムコーティング、SLSコーティング、シュガーコーティング）
・液調製（フィルム液、下掛液、糖掛液）
・機械メンテナンス・キャリブレーション、機械洗浄・清掃、製造指図書兼記録書記載、
作業時間・生産実績のシステム入力
・試作の対応、VAL作業 他
■コメント：
成田工場ではコーティング機を6台保有しており、自動制御で運転します。
（スタンドアローンPCから製品データを呼び出して、ステップに従って自動運転を実施）
フロイント産業のアクアコーター（AQC-17A）という機械を使用しています。
また、液調製はフイルム液はエアーモーター撹拌機、下掛液はコンビミックス（自動）、
糖掛液は溶解槽（自動）を使用しています。
コンビミックス・溶解槽はプライミクスという会社の機械です。
コーティング工程は殆どが自動制御の機械を使っています。液掛けもスプレーガンを使用しています。
素錠を機械に投入してからコーティング終了（排出）まで自動運転です。
