The Division of Juvenile Justice and Youth Services (JJYS) is seeking a skilled Service Continuum and Contract Administrator II to lead full-lifecycle contract management and procurement operations. This position serves as the primary contractual authority for the division, responsible for negotiating high-level provider agreements, drafting precision Scopes of Work (SOWs), and ensuring strict adherence to the Utah Procurement Code. Through strategic contract development and fiscal oversight, you will build and monitor the contractual frameworks that drive JJYS youth placement strategies and community-based programs.
