Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM) users.
Administer and manage Jira and JSM instances, including user management, permissions, and project configurations.
Customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notifications to meet team needs.
Implement and maintain JSM projects, including service desk configurations, SLAs, and automation rules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Jira and JSM features and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
2+ years of experience administering Jira and/or Jira Service Management.
Strong understanding of Jira’s customization options (workflows, permissions, notifications, etc.).
Ideally, experience with advanced Jira customizations, REST APIs, or scripting languages like Groovy or Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus.
