Job Description

• Administer and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Jira CoreCreate and manage projects, issue types, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and schemesManage users, groups, roles, and access controlsConfigure SLAs, queues, request types, and automation rulesPerform Jira upgrades, backups, and performance monitoringManage Atlassian Marketplace plugins (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)Provide L2/L3 Jira support and resolve user issues
• 
  Develop and maintain custom workflows, validators, post functions, and scriptsWork with Jira REST APIs for integrations and automationCustomize Jira using Groovy (ScriptRunner) or similar toolsBuild custom dashboards, reports, and JQL queriesIntegrate Jira with tools such as:
  • Confluence
  • Bitbucket / GitHub
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo)
  • ITSM and third-party applications

Has more than a year of relevant work experience. Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles. Consistently works to direction with minimal supervision, producing accurate and reliable results.
