Job Title: Jira & Confluence Specialist / Atlassian Consultant

Location: Karachi, Pakistan / On-Site

About the Role:
Awesome Technologies (ATI) is seeking a Jira & Confluence Specialist to implement a
secure, cloud-based project management system. The role involves configuring JIRA for
project execution tracking and Confluence for centralized documentation, ensuring
automation, compliance, and real-time visibility across business, IT, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure JIRA workflows for project registration, milestones, tasks,
  dependencies, and escalations.
• Set up real-time dashboards for management and team visibility.
• Configure Confluence spaces for document management, version control,
  approvals, and digital sign-offs.
• Automate project and document workflows between Business, IT, Operations, and
  Governance teams.
• Ensure data security, encryption, and compliance with internal policies and industry
  standards.
• Design and implement SOPs and governance frameworks for standardized
  processes.
• Provide training and post-implementation support to teams.
  Own end-to-end implementation without reliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian JIRA & Confluence in enterprise
  environments.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, escalations, and reporting dashboards.
• Experience in document management, versioning, and approval workflows using
  Confluence.
• Familiarity with cloud-based Atlassian implementations and licensing.
• Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance standards.
• Strong consulting, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Preferred Experience:

• Implementation of JIRA-Confluence in enterprise or client projects.
• Experience in full project lifecycle management automation.
• Familiarity with audit trails, compliance reporting, and SOP creation.
