  • User Support & Management: Manage personal Jira backlogs, sprint cadences, and provide troubleshooting support for user access issues.
    Dashboard Creation & Data Visualization:
  • Comprehensive Dashboard Development: Design, build, and curate multiple dashboards for Technical Design Review (TDR) and Business Process Review (BPR), including specialized dashboards for specific programs (e.g., Otosan), and maintain/update them as needed.
  • Data Integration & Reporting: Utilize Power Query to combine disparate data sources, enabling comprehensive tracking and analysis for reporting.

Interactive Data Visualization:

  • Confluence Integration: Embed Jira dashboard widgets into Confluence pages to provide integrated program status views.

Ongoing Initiatives & Future Focus:

  • Jira Structure & Governance: Actively participate in discussions and the implementation of significant Jira structure changes, including project consolidation, custom field integration, and workflow best practices.
  • Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Investigate further enhancements to BPR and Chief Review dashboards, exploring direct data integration from source systems (e.g., EIS) for roll-up reporting.

Process Refinement:

  • Develop solutions for complex process challenges within Jira, such as managing schematic development churn and updating timing review.

You'll have...

  • Bachelors of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
  • Outstanding organizational/delegation skills with accurate follow-up to accomplish multiple objectives in timely fashion.
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well with others as part of a multi-functional team.
