This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong appreciation for fine jewellery, fashion, and premium customer experiences, and who enjoy helping clients discover pieces that reflect their personality, lifestyle, and special occasions.

As a Jewellery Style Consultant, you will serve as a trusted style advisor, combining product expertise with relationship-building skills to create memorable shopping experiences. You will work closely with retail teams to achieve sales objectives, strengthen customer loyalty, and uphold the highest standards of luxury retail while representing the craftsmanship, elegance, and exclusivity of every collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized jewellery styling consultations based on customer preferences, lifestyle, and occasions.
• Recommend curated jewellery selections that align with individual style while enhancing the overall luxury shopping experience.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service, follow-ups, and personalized engagement.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of jewellery collections, gemstones, precious metals, craftsmanship, and customization options.
• Clearly communicate the design, quality, value, and uniqueness of each product to customers.
• Maintain elegant product displays and ensure merchandise presentation reflects premium retail standards.
• Record customer preferences, purchase history, and special occasions within CRM systems to support personalized future interactions.
• Engage customers through exclusive previews, events, and proactive client outreach to strengthen brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with retail teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence.
• Share customer insights, market trends, and product feedback to support merchandising and business growth initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, jewellery, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong passion for jewellery, fashion, luxury products, and personalized customer styling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and consultative selling.
• Good understanding of jewellery aesthetics, gemstones, craftsmanship, and current fashion trends.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to achieve targets while delivering a premium customer experience.
• Experience maintaining CRM records and delivering personalized customer engagement is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidence when interacting with premium clientele.
• Educational background in Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
