About the TeamThe Jewellery Team is a knowledgeable and passionate group dedicated to assessing and curating a diverse range of jewellery, from costume pieces to precious metals. As one of the largest teams within our Marketplace Department, we play a key role in sorting, evaluating, and listing jewellery for sale across multiple platforms. With ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us on this journey.

About the RoleAs a Vintage Product Assessor, you'll be a flexible team player working across a variety of jewellery categories, supporting our Production Managers by ensuring items are effectively sorted, grouped, and listed on the most suitable platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience with vintage, antique, and silver jewellery, developing expertise in identifying materials, hallmarks, and maker’s marks. Full training will be provided, and a keen interest in jewellery and vintage collectibles will make you a great fit for this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, group, and categorise various jewellery items accurately, ensuring they are listed on the most suitable platforms.
• Work closely with departmental managers to support the achievement of KPI targets and maintain a productive team atmosphere.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A passion for vintage and antique jewellery, including costume, silver, and gold pieces.
• An understanding of precious metals, hallmarks, and jewellery identification.
• At least 1 year of experience in the jewellery industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Competency with IT tools, especially in creating listings and maintaining records on online platforms.
