We’re looking for a highly skilled Immediate Service Center Jeweler to deliver expert repair, restoration, and customization services for both new and customer-owned pieces. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and takes pride in fine detail.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the heart of our workshop operations, handling a wide range of technical services, including:

• Repairing and altering fine jewelry across platinum, gold, silver, and specialty materials
• Performing advanced techniques such as soldering, laser welding, fabrication, assembly, enameling, polishing, and stone setting
• Conducting engraving and embossing using specialized machinery
• Providing essential watch services (battery replacement, strap adjustments, bracelet sizing)
• Managing repair orders, parts inventory, and processing through internal systems
• Collaborating with sales teams and occasionally engaging with clients to understand and deliver on their needs
• Maintaining strict workshop safety standards at all times
