The Role

We're looking for a Jetty and Line Supervisor to lead operational teams, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain high-quality service delivery. You'll coordinate with vendors and clients, drive KPIs, and champion operational excellence.

• Lead and motivate internal and external teams to achieve operational goals.

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all operational processes.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related fields.

• 2+ years in production with supervisory experience.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of safety standards, 5S, and equipment maintenance.

• Positive, proactive, and results-driven.
