As an In-Home Caregiver, your day typically starts with a brief review of the client’s plan and a check-in on priorities for the visit. You travel to a client’s home and work in a calm, familiar setting—focused on one person at a time rather than rotating through a busy facility.
You’ll often find the most rewarding moments are the small ones: steady progress, trust built over time, and the satisfaction of helping someone remain independent at home.
This pathway is designed to help you grow into a Home Care Aide (HCA) role with paid training and real-time support.

KWA’s mission is to provide multicultural social services to meet basic human needs through education, socialization, advocacy and support.
