Buscamos un(a) Jefe(a) Comercial con visión estratégica y fuerte capacidad de ejecución para liderar el crecimiento de Business Assurance en Perú y Ecuador.
Este rol combina:
Estrategia comercial y ejecución disciplinada.
Gestión de volumen (micro selling) y desarrollo de proyectos consultivos high ticket.
Foco en rentabilidad y crecimiento sostenible.
Principales desafíos:
Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para asegurar crecimiento en revenue y margen.
Impulsar penetración en sectores clave como minería, energía, oil & gas y agroindustria.
Gestionar y desarrollar equipos comerciales asegurando cumplimiento de KPIs.
Asegurar el uso disciplinado del CRM (Salesforce) y el análisis continuo de data de mercado.
Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y estructurar propuestas de valor consultivas.
Garantizar altos niveles de renovación y fidelización de cartera.
Buscamos un perfil que logre equilibrio entre visión estratégica y ejecución constante, con fuerte orientación a resultados.
