Misión u objetivo: Liderar, controlar y supervisar los recursos de forma eficiente para dar cumplimiento a los contratos con el cliente y para dar cumplimiento a las metas internas establecidas por la Gerencia.
FUNCIONES:
Garantizar la asignación de equipos, personas, materias primas, stock de accesorios y altos explosivos en la operación
Asegurar que las actividades del proceso de voladura se realicen de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos.
Coordinar con el área de mantenimiento la disponibilidad de los equipos con la finalidad de asegurar la ejecución de los programas de voladura
Dirigir reuniones de planificación, información y coordinación semanal y mensual con la supervisión.
Elaborar y validar procedimientos que aseguren la calidad de la operación y la seguridad de las personas.
Liderar a su equipo de trabajo para el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos.
Atender los requerimientos del cliente desde el punto de vista operacional con la finalidad de dar solución en los tiempos establecidos
Atender consultas técnicas relativas a tecnologías de explosivos la finalidad de dar solución en los tiempos establecidos
Liderar los informes de gestión semanales y mensuales que son presentados a los clientes externo e internos respecto a los indicadores y resultados en la operación.
REQUISITOS:
Deseable 5 años de experiencia en administración de recursos en operaciones mineras
Ingeniería de minas, geología y/o afines, titulado, colegiado y habilitado
Diplomado y/o especialización en minería
SAP nivel básico.
Office nivel intermedio

In 2020, Sasol Explosives and Enaex started a joint-venture. Therefore, Sasol Explosives became Enaex Africa.
In 2021, Enaex strengthened its presence in Australia by acquiring Downer Blasting Services.
